On the day of the event — with only four hours’ notice — they texted to cancel. Their excuse? Their tech called in sick and they had no backup available. This wasn’t a casual Tuesday afternoon booking. It was a milestone birthday with guests who had made plans to attend. Four hours is nowhere near enough time to scramble for an alternative, and the fact that an entire company’s ability to operate hinges on a single technician with no contingency plan is unacceptable. If you can’t guarantee reliability for events that people are counting on, you shouldn’t be in the events business. Even though they refunded my money back, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your golf simulator rental needs.
